We aim to dispatch your order within 2/3 days from receipt of order dependant upon stock availability. Should certain items of the order be temporarily unavailable, your order will be held pending completion. Once your order is complete it will be dispatched using 'APC' on a next day delivery service. Orders for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be dispatched using the 2 To 5 Day Road Service because Standard Delivery has become prohibitively expensive. If you need an item urgently, please call us and we will arrange a special delivery for you at extra cost.

A signature is required on receipt of the goods. If you are out when delivery is made, the courier will leave a card so that you can pick up your package from the nearest (APC) depot. We may dispatch smaller orders 1st class using Royal mail.  

Occasionally demand on certain items outstrips supply which will extend our delivery time. However if we are unable to deliver within 14 days you will be advised within 7 days of placing your order. You will be given the option to cancel or choose and alternative product.

Occasionally their might be a slight variation to the product sent to you, than shown on our website. However we will always send you a product of the same quality and value under these circumstances.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to delivery and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect you statuary rights as a consumer.

Back Orders

If your delivery is likely to be held up because part of it is out of stock we will normally send the bulk of the order to you, and back order the outstanding items. Which will be sent to you as soon as they arrive.
